Full Restoration of a Four-Story Steel Frame Parking Deck
Our team successfully completed a full restoration of a four-story steel frame parking deck, executing the project in two carefully planned phases. This strategic approach ensured minimal disruption, allowing for continuous and satisfactory parking access throughout the restoration.
The project encompassed essential structural and aesthetic improvements, including the replacement of joint sealants to enhance waterproofing and prevent future damage. Additionally, we performed extensive repairs to the EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) façade on both adjacent buildings, reinforcing their durability and visual appeal.
