Restoration Technologies Inc. offers comprehensive commercial waterproofing, painting, and restoration services to real estate, business, and institutional clients across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Founded in 2011 by Eric Sobel, RTI has successfully completed over 3,800 projects, establishing a reputation for excellence and reliability.
In 2013, recognizing the need for reliable interior services, Eric Sobel founded IMI, further broadening the company’s service offerings. Both companies now operate under the name Restoration Technologies Inc (RTI) – with an interiors division and an exteriors division.

OUR FOUNDER: ERIC SOBEL
With a vision to create a restoration and specialty coating company, Eric Sobel leveraged his extensive expertise and network to establish RTI in 2011. His commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has been the cornerstone of the company’s success. In 2013, aiming to diversify services, Eric founded IMI, focusing on industrial painting and coatings. Under his leadership, both companies have thrived, offering a wide range of services to meet the diverse needs of their clients.
